Fun Facts About Andrew McManamon
Andrew began his professional career at the age of 14 where he moved up the ranks at a retirement home from cleaning dishes to management and eventually working at the corporate level, where he was in charge of the activities and events for all 15+ locations. He resigned from the position soon after he realized his true passion was helping people and making an impact face-to-face. He soon got licensed in real estate which was suggested to him by several residents at the retirement home who said he'd be perfect for the job.
Andrew graduated from Cleary University in Howell, Michigan with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. At this time, he was helping clients buy and sell real estate, working part time at Home Depot to learn more about home renovations and ordering processes to better assist his clients when they were going through those motions, along with playing college hockey.
Andrew attempted to create a hockey team at his university his freshman year due to the close proximity of the 140 Ice Den Arena near the campus, but the school was focusing on other ventures. It wasn't until senior year when Cleary decided they wanted to pursue a hockey team. Andrew hadn't played competitive hockey in 5+ years, and trained for a whole year to make the D1 ACHA hockey team where he'd play one season before graduating.
When Andrew isn't helping his clients, he enjoys fishing , playing hockey, hiking/exploring and dirt biking with his 4 brothers all over the state of Michigan.
When Andrew started in the real estate industry he believed that videos were crucial for his success in building a one-of-a-kind brand, allowing people to get to know him, his personality and values without being that door salesman everyone despises. so he immediately started making videos helping buyers and sellers get more educated about the process, and in turn, building amazing relationships along the way.
